To save an order you can use the "On Hold" function.

This will open a screen where you can confirm you want to put the order on hold.

To reopen an order you can use the "On Hold" function again to open it.

Bringing up this screen where you can select the order you want to reopen.

Finally, a window will appear to confirm this.
