To perform a one-off adjustment, first navigate to the top left of the screen and hover over "Products".
Select "Product Maintenance" from the dropdown.
Once on the product maintenance screen, use the search bar to find the product you want to adjust.
After locating the product you want to adjust, select it by checking the box on the left-hand side. Then, click the "Adjustment" button to open the adjustment window.
Here, you have the option to:
Enter the adjustment amount
Input the physical count number
Using the "Adjustment Reason" dropdown, select the reason for adjusting.
Finally you can enter any applicable notes in the "Notes" section and proceed to save once completed.
