If you have products on the POS that don't have a Lot # under the product name.

To resolve the issue, please click on "NO LOT#" and, when the pop-up window appears, rescan the product.

The long-term solution is to update the LOT number via the dashboard. Navigate to the dashboard and select Reports > Inventory > Inventory on Hand by Lot #.

Once the report populates, you will see the option on the right-hand side to Update Lot #. Enter the lot # in the pop-up, and click Update.
